Winter walk in the woods

We went for a walk today to check out the new fallen snow.

 And to see what the loggers have been doing.

 Kermit loves running thru the woods with us.  And snow doesn't hinder him a bit!

Kidneys

Tabbi has been studying the human skeleton, but today we decided to move to the kidneys.  A friend of ours gave one of her kidneys to her little girl this morning.  The surgery was successful and Mom and daughter are recovering well.  We have been doing lots of praying for this family.  Glad everything is going well.

A walk in the Woods

We went for a nature walk today.  There was just a little snow left on the ground.  The weather was very overcast.  We saw lots of interesting things.  Mushrooms, animal homes, and leftovers where they had been eating.  Nathanael went with us today and brought home a couple pieces of wood to use on his new lathe.
